Sunset Station Hotel and Casino, a hotel-casino owned by Station Casinos, has announced the beginning of an upgrade that will take place throughout the entire facility, and will involve a complete change of the facility’s STN Sportsbook, renovation of the casino floor, and a move of the High Limit Slots room. Additionally, because it constantly refinances its facilities, it makes Station Casinos a different league from its rivals.
STN Sportsbook upgrade:
Starting October 9th, Sunset Station’s Race and Sportsbook will officially close for the time being to clear the way for the upgraded STN Sportsbook. The sports wagering and racing destination will include cosy lounge-style seating, sports wagering and racing kiosks and a 150-foot video wall for premium viewing. Also draft beer, suitable bar table gaming, costly bar stocked with cocktails and famous spirit offerings will make sure to give all visitors an MVP experience
Throughout the refurbishment, visitors will be able to experience an interim sportsbook and racetrack found beside Rewards Center, which would give visitors the opportunity to bet and finance through the STN Sports kiosks found in the casino or place their wagers over the counter.
Furthermore, beginning on October 9 also, Club Madrid will be modified into a “football-viewing” destination each Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday for college and pro-football games.
High Limit Slots room move:
During the aforementioned refurbishment, the already existing High Limit Slots room will become an integral part of the newly-discovered sports wagering destination. The said room will be found in the previous keno space and will provide customers their ultimate favorite high-stakes machines.
As for the casino floor, it will be renovated in stages. The famous slot floor revamp will include a newest carpet, enhanced lighting, updated restrooms and modernized facades. Very shortly, customers will be greeted with a sublime experience as the Spanish theme, which is widely-loved throughout the facility, will be updated with a contemporary touch.
Commenting on the upcoming upgrade and renovation, which officially started today, Vice President and General Manager of Sunset Station, Jordan Seager, commented according to the official press release: “We are thrilled to bring our guests an all-new gaming and sports betting offering in the coming months at Sunset Station. For more than 25 years, Sunset Station continues to raise the bar for our Henderson neighbors – this remodel will no doubt offer a best-in-class experience for our guests.”
What’s more, the visitors will have the opportunity to explore the new updates for themselves over the coming year.
