Apple Launches New iPhone App Apple Sports to Improve Overall Player Experience in Sports Betting Industry

Apple presents a new feature for all fans of sports betting! Apple Sports is a new free app on iPhone devices that allows users to track real-time scores, stats, and other facts that they might be interested in.

Customization and fantastic experience:

The app is simple to use and allows fast access to all the features the users are looking for. The users can customize the app to suit their needs, so they can pick their favorite leagues and teams front and center. Apple created a special interface for this purpose.

Apple Sports is currently available only in the US, Canada, and the UK.

As Apple Magazine reports, Eddy Cue, the company’s vice president of Services, said: “We created Apple Sports to give sports fans what they want — an app that delivers incredibly fast access to scores and stats. Apple Sports is available for free in the App Store, and makes it easy for users to stay up to date with their favorite teams and leagues.”

The customers will get a chance to enjoy a range of leagues, including MLS, NBA, NCAA basketball, both men’s and women’s, NHL, Bundesliga, LaLiga, Liga MX, Ligue 1, Premier League, and Serie A.

The company plans to add more leagues in the future, such as MLB, NFL, NCAAF, NWSL, and WNBA, once the season starts.

One of the biggest assets of this app is customization: each player can tailor their scoreboards and follow their favorite teams, leagues, and tournaments. On top of that, they can track both scores and upcoming games through an advanced navigation system. Among the information they can obtain through the platform are play-by-play information, team stats, details about the lineup, as well as the odds for live betting.

Integration with other channels:

They can also directly access Apple TV, which allows them to watch live games through various streaming apps and Apple.

It offers a possibility to connect with other favorites from My Sports offering, such as Apple TV and Apple News.

According to Sportico, highlights, past results, and social elements of the games won’t be available on the app.

The support is currently available in English, French, and Spanish. The download is free, but the users are required to have an iPhone that runs iOS 17.2 or newer.

The main point of the app is to provide customers with a smooth and secure experience that allows seamless navigation and easy access to all things they might be interested in trying.

The work on the app began in 2023, and the hard work paid out at the end since the app is a dream come true for many iPhone users. However, the company struggled with finding reliable data providers for each sport they wanted to incorporate into their newest app.
